Job Title: Remote Key Account Sales Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Remote Key Account Sales Support to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll empower our sales force by creating polished presentations, managing CRM systems, and providing sharp copywriting and trade show support. If you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and love balancing organization with creativity, this opportunity is your perfect fit.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling presentation decks and engaging sales collateral to support our sales team’s success.

• Maintain and optimize our CRM database, ensuring data accuracy for customers and leads.

• Oversee and update listings on sales platforms such as Faire and MarketTime.

• Write persuasive product copy, newsletters, and marketing materials that resonate with our brand voice.

• Coordinate all aspects of trade shows—including logistics, booth setup, and post-show follow-up.

• Represent Project Genius at approximately 4 trade shows per year.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to create and distribute newsletters to retail partners.

• Support cross-functional projects and adapt quickly within our growing company.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) at a B2B company.

• Exceptional writing skills; ability to communicate clearly, engagingly, and persuasively.

• Strong technical aptitude with a knack for learning new platforms and systems.

• Proficient in CRM tools, especially Monday, with solid data management abilities.

• Demonstrated organizational and project management strength.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically for trade shows (~4 times per year).

• Comfortable thriving in a small, entrepreneurial, and fast-evolving environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.

• Familiarity with wholesale marketplaces and digital sales platforms.

• Design skills using PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
