Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute daily trade reconciliation processes to ensure portfolio accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze portfolio performance and provide insightful analytics to inform strategic investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain effective risk management strategies and controls for trading activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize investment workflows and reporting standards.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on market trends, performance benchmarks, and emerging risks.
- Support the implementation of new trading systems, tools, and best practices within the team.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, adapting style to audience as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience with trade reconciliation and portfolio management analytics in a trading or hedge fund environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, products, and trading strategies.
