Job Description
Job Title: Coding Expert
Job Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and refine AI-generated code for quality, accuracy, and best practices across multiple languages.
- Create and solve coding problems, ensuring diverse and challenging datasets.
- Develop comprehensive test cases to evaluate code correctness and performance.
- Provide clear reasoning and detailed written feedback to enhance AI model learning.
- Collaborate with the customer’s team to identify areas for improvement in code evaluation processes.
- Document findings and contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation frameworks.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in any language Python, JAVA, GoLang, .NET, Typescript, JavaScript, Rust, Swift, Kotlin, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience tackling a wide range of coding challenges.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Demonstrated attention to detail when reviewing code and providing feedback.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products for documentation and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
- A passion for quality, accuracy, and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in code review, technical writing, or educational content creation.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or related model evaluation processes.
