Job Summary:
Join our team as a PeopleSoft QA Test Engineer and play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our PeopleSoft HCM solutions. You will design, manage, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for Core HR, Benefits, and Recruitment processes, directly influencing the quality of our enterprise HR systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute detailed test plans and cases for PeopleSoft HCM functionalities, focusing on Core HR, Benefits, Recruitment, and Onboarding processes.
- Conduct full lifecycle QA, including end-to-end testing, data validation, system integration, and support for user acceptance testing.
- Create well-documented reports on test results, defects, and project risks to ensure transparency and drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize ALM, Jira, and ClickUp for meticulous test planning, execution, tracking, and team coordination.
- Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering best practices and seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of PeopleSoft HCM modules.
- Champion a quality-first approach, identifying areas for automation and recommending process enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Core HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, On-Boarding Process).
- Strong command of end-to-end testing processes for HR, Recruitment, and Benefits functionalities.
- Comprehensive understanding of STLC methodologies and QA best practices.
- Proven expertise in project management and bug-tracking tools such as ALM, Jira, and ClickUp.
- Demonstrated experience leading QA teams and working directly with clients.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Payroll processes is a significant advantage.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium with Java or UiPath.
- Background in introducing automation to traditional QA environments and driving process improvements.
