Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as an Education - AI Trainer and become a key contributor to the evolution of academic content for digital learning platforms. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in teaching, curriculum design, and academic operations to shape high-impact educational experiences by producing and refining AI-driven educational resources.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and refine educational content and materials tailored to diverse real-world learning environments.
  2. Generate effective prompts, rubrics, and assessment tools for AI-driven content creation and evaluation.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align content with pedagogical best practices and learner needs.
  4. Create and maintain internal academic documentation to support curriculum delivery and quality assurance.
  5. Analyze feedback and learning data to continuously iterate on content and instructional strategies.
  6. Champion clear, effective written and verbal communication in all documentation and team interactions.
  7. Stay current with trends in education technology, instructional design, and AI applications in education.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in teaching, curriculum design, academic operations, or related educational roles.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to clarity and detail.
  3. Demonstrated ability to translate educational objectives into actionable, AI-ready prompts and rubrics.
  4. Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and optimizing academic content for various digital platforms.
  5. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
  6. Deep understanding of real classroom dynamics and educational assessment methodologies.
  7. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to innovative education solutions.



Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience collaborating with remote, interdisciplinary teams in edtech or AI-driven environments.
  2. Familiarity with the latest AI tools and their applications in educational settings.
  3. Advanced degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
