Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust frontend components using React and related technologies.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver outstanding HR-centric digital products.
• Deploy and manage applications on the App Store, ensuring high performance and compliance with platform guidelines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and agile development cycles with clear communication.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues proactively.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in frontend technology and the HR domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in React, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on the App Store.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear documentation and collaborative dialogue.
• Solid understanding of web markup, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Prior experience developing software solutions for the HR industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed remote team.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of additional frontend frameworks or mobile development libraries.
• Background in integrating third-party HR platforms or APIs.
