Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and interpret project requirements to recommend optimal facade systems.
  2. Create accurate 3D BIM models and detailed shop drawings based on design parameters.
  3. Coordinate with structural engineers and multidisciplinary teams for integrated facade solutions.
  4. Collaborate with document control and quality assurance teams to deliver timely, precise submittals.
  5. Contribute to system selection and technical evaluations, supporting innovation and sustainability.
  6. Maintain strict quality standards and submission deadlines across all project phases.
  7. Engage effectively with global teams, prioritizing clear written communication in an async culture.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  2. Fundamental understanding of facade engineering principles, including structural, thermal, and acoustic aspects.
  3. Proficiency in computational design, digital modeling, and drafting software.
  4. Exceptional design thinking, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
  5. Outstanding written communication skills, with a focus on asynchronous collaboration.
  6. Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and tackle technical challenges in a demanding industry.
  7. Strong organizational and coordination skills within multidisciplinary environments.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Internship or project experience in facade design or related sectors.
  2. Familiarity with international project workflows and documentation standards.
