Join our customer's team as a Cantonese Bilingual Expert and play a key role in facilitating high-quality language solutions. Utilize your expertise in Cantonese and English to drive impactful translation, linguistic review, and AI training projects. This is an exciting opportunity for native speakers with a strong background in language teaching or translation to work remotely and make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate and localize a variety of content accurately between Cantonese and English.
- Review and edit linguistic data to ensure cultural and contextual relevance.
- Collaborate with AI teams to train and refine language models for optimal performance.
- Provide expert insights on Cantonese language usage, nuances, and regional differences.
- Deliver constructive feedback on language datasets and AI outputs.
- Support language training initiatives and contribute to educational content development.
- Maintain clear, effective written and verbal communication within the project team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native proficiency in Cantonese with excellent command of English.
- Proven experience in translation, linguistics, or language teaching.
- Expertise in both written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with AI training, annotation, or data review processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high linguistic quality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
