Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment projects for finance, banking, and investment roles, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, facilitating clear communication and building trusted partnerships.
- Utilize human data recruitment methodologies to source, assess, and recommend top financial talent.
- Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients to deliver seamless project management across multiple hiring initiatives.
- Maintain a keen sense of urgency and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Produce insightful reports and written communications to inform stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
