Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Voice Coach to join our client's innovative AI Tutoring team. This role involves guiding AI in mastering diverse accents and dialects, utilizing your expertise in voice directing. Work remotely in a dynamic environment on an audio description mini-pilot project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AI developers to enhance voice recognition and synthesis.

• Provide expert guidance on accents and regional dialects for AI training.

• Conduct intensive voice coaching sessions focused on dialect accuracy.

• Evaluate and improve AI’s audio output for clarity and authenticity.

• Develop training materials for AI voice modulation and inflection.

• Assist in testing and refining AI’s accent capabilities.

• Document progress and report findings to the development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a voice coach with professional voice acting background.

• Expertise in a wide range of accents and regional dialects.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.

• Familiarity with audio editing tools and software.

• Experience in voice directing for diverse projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in AI or technology-driven projects.

• Knowledge of emerging trends in voice synthesis and AI learning.

• Experience creating comprehensive voice training modules.
