Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Growth Marketing to join our team and shape the future of user acquisition and engagement for our innovative health technology product. As a critical driver of our growth initiatives, you will lead strategy, execution, and optimization of multichannel marketing campaigns, propelling Healthy toward our mission of transforming healthcare through AI. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact by scaling user retention, engagement, and brand reach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive app downloads, user sign-ups, and engagement across digital channels.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments to unlock high-impact opportunities.
  • Build effective retention and re-engagement campaigns that foster loyalty and long-term user value.
  • Analyze performance data, generating actionable insights to continuously optimize user acquisition and lifecycle marketing tactics.
  • Strategically allocate and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI across SEM, ASO, SEO, paid social, and email channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align growth marketing with company objectives and user experience improvements.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to ensure our tactics remain innovative and ahead of industry trends.
  • Create compelling, user-centric messaging and positioning for all acquisition efforts.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing or user acquisition for mobile apps or digital products, preferably in health and wellness or tech sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of multichannel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, ASO, paid and organic social, and email.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and the use of tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, App Store Connect, Google Play, and multiple social platforms.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition principles, consumer behavior, and segmentation to create personalized user journeys.
  • Proven success running A/B tests and growth experiments with a test-and-learn approach to strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messaging.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling user acquisition and retention for mobile apps within the healthcare or technology industries.
  • Familiarity with the startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
