Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT transformation projects across multiple customers.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and expertly handling expectations.
  • Drive communications between stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to coordinate project activities.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and track project progress using industry-standard tools.
  • Continuously seek process improvements and best practices to optimize project performance.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Proven experience managing multiple IT projects concurrently, especially in areas such as networking, cloud transformation, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort working in hybrid environments, with flexibility to operate both onsite in Greater London and remotely.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings with shifting priorities.



Preferred Qualifications


  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience with enterprise IT environments and cross-functional project teams.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
