Key Responsibilities


  1. Conduct live, 1-hour technical interviews focused on challenging Swift algorithmic problems, ensuring an insightful and thorough assessment process.
  2. Evaluate and analyze candidate solutions, emphasizing code logic, efficiency, and technical soundness.
  3. Classify interview sessions according to algorithmic complexity, utilizing advanced knowledge of data structures, recursion, and dynamic programming.
  4. Produce clear, comprehensive written analyses (“trajectories”) detailing problem-solving approaches, strengths, and areas for growth.
  5. Collaborate closely with the AI training team to provide actionable feedback that fuels ongoing improvements to AI model accuracy and reliability.
  6. Deliver precise and constructive technical feedback through both written and verbal communication, upholding the highest standards of clarity and professionalism.
  7. Adhere to established evaluation frameworks and consistently meet project deadlines to ensure workflow continuity and quality.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  1. Demonstrated mastery of Swift, proven through substantial experience in production-level software engineering roles.
  2. Advanced proficiency with LeetCode, particularly in solving and articulating solutions to Hard-level algorithmic problems.
  3. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline.
  4. Minimum of 5 years’ professional software engineering experience with a significant focus on Swift.
  5. Outstanding command of English, with a proven record of clear, concise written and verbal communication.
  6. Skilled in explaining and analyzing algorithmic trade-offs and complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.



Preferred Qualifications


  1. Experience designing or administering technical interviews or coding challenges.
  2. Background in AI model testing, evaluation, or research-driven environments.
  3. Contributions to open-source Swift projects or active participation in prominent technical communities.
