Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis - AI Trainer

Job Type: Contract (Full-time or Part-time)

Pay: $180 per hour



Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) - AI Trainer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI in finance. In this unique opportunity, you will leverage your advanced financial expertise and legal insight to train AI models, enhancing their ability to interpret and analyze financial data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate high-quality financial datasets for AI model training, focused on forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into structured data suitable for machine learning applications.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to refine model outputs and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on financial regulations, compliance, and legal implications impacting model development.
  • Evaluate and validate AI model performance through rigorous testing and analysis.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and training materials for ongoing learning and scalability.
  • Engage in continuous knowledge-sharing with the wider team to foster best practices and innovation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Finance or related fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in corporate finance settings.
  • Demonstrated experience applying legal frameworks within financial planning or analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • US-based, with an understanding of local financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in structuring and communicating financial data for technical and non-technical audiences.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience training or evaluating AI/ML models in a financial context.
  • Background in legal compliance specific to financial technologies or fintech.
