Key Responsibilities

1. Apply clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills to evaluate and annotate complex medical data sets.
2. Design and refine rubrics for AI model assessment using evidence-based medical standards.
3. Collaborate with AI engineers and other healthcare professionals to bridge clinical expertise with technological innovation.
4. Communicate findings effectively through clear, structured written and verbal reports.
5. Continuously review medical literature to ensure AI models reflect up-to-date practices and guidelines.
6. Provide feedback to enhance the functionality and safety of healthcare AI solutions.
7. Participate in peer reviews and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the interdisciplinary team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent); recent graduates or in-training professionals are welcome.
2. Demonstrated clinical reasoning and diagnostic accuracy in patient care or medical education settings.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and empathy.
4. Knowledge of evidence-based medicine and application to clinical decision-making.
5. Experience or comfort with procedural and technical tasks relevant to medical practice.
6. Proficiency in reviewing and synthesizing complex medical information.
7. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
