In this engaging, fully remote role, you will leverage your deep understanding of event planning to train AI systems on the complexities of organizing exceptional meetings, conventions, and conferences. Play a pivotal part in bridging human expertise with intelligent automation to redefine how large-scale events are conceptualized and executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruct AI models on every phase of the end-to-end corporate event planning process, from concept to post-event evaluations.
- Assess, review, and curate datasets related to logistical coordination, vendor contracts, budgeting, and attendee experiences.
- Provide real-life examples of contingency planning, risk mitigation, and crisis communication in the event industry.
- Contribute scenario-based training content focused on site selection, client communications, and onsite management.
- Ensure AI comprehension of event compliance, regulatory requirements, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to build robust, dynamic AI training workflows reflecting industry best practices.
- Champion excellence in written and verbal communication to ensure clarity and context for AI learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in meeting planning, event coordination, or convention management.
- Proficiency in vendor negotiation, onsite logistics, and thorough post-event analysis.
- Exceptional documentation, scheduling, and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated skill in managing event budgets and monitoring operational efficiencies.
- Proven capacity to handle the full event lifecycle, including contingency planning and stakeholder management.
- Strong familiarity with compliance standards and attendee engagement strategies.
- Ability to clearly translate complex industry knowledge into actionable insights for AI systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital event management platforms, CRM tools, or virtual event technologies.
- Background in staff training, workflow documentation, or developing planning resources.
