Join our customer's team as a Human/Social Science- AI Trainer, where your expertise in human or social sciences will directly influence the future of AI technologies. We seek analytical professionals with strong qualitative skills and a passion for clear, impactful communication. This role offers the opportunity to shape AI outputs to better understand and reflect human perspectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver training datasets that leverage social and human science insights for AI model improvement.
  2. Conduct qualitative analyses to assess AI-generated content for relevance, sensitivity, and accuracy.
  3. Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to identify areas requiring nuanced human judgment.
  4. Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to optimize AI behavior and output.
  5. Document findings and communicate complex concepts clearly through written and verbal reports.
  6. Stay current with advancements in human-centric AI and emerging trends in the social sciences.
  7. Contribute to the development of best practices for ethical, inclusive, and culturally aware AI training.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. BSc or BA degree in Human Sciences, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  2. Native or near-native English proficiency and strong cultural fluency with US or Western European norms.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to emotional nuance and conversational flow.
  4. Strong qualitative research and analytical skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable insights.
  6. Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
  7. Comfort working collaboratively within remote, cross-functional teams.
  8. Proficiency with analytical tools and data interpretation.
  9. Deep interest in the intersection of technology, society, and human behavior.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing projects.
  2. Background in user research or digital content moderation.
  3. Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI or data science.
