Key Responsibilities:

- Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to optimize AI behavior and output.
- Document findings and communicate complex concepts clearly through written and verbal reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BSc or BA degree in Human Sciences, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
- Native or near-native English proficiency and strong cultural fluency with US or Western European norms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to emotional nuance and conversational flow.
- Strong qualitative research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
- Comfort working collaboratively within remote, cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with analytical tools and data interpretation.
