As a specialist, you will ensure quality and compliance across complex or nuanced legal and human rights contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess AI-generated content for clarity, legal policy alignment, and strict adherence to established guidelines.
- Run both scripted and exploratory prompts to evaluate model performance in real-time scenarios.
- Apply structured labeling frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency in content evaluation.
- Document observations and findings in a clear, objective, and organized manner.
- Remain impartial and analytical when reviewing sensitive or legally complex material.
- Engage in regular calibration sessions to uphold consistent evaluation standards across the team.
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to refine evaluation processes and criteria.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Law, Legal Studies, Human Rights, or a related discipline.
- Strong objectivity and advanced ethical reasoning in evaluating complex scenarios.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing nuanced or ambiguous language, especially in legal or human rights contexts.
- Excellent English comprehension and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to analytical accuracy.
- Proven ability to interpret and assess sensitive or challenging content with neutrality.
- Comfort working on-site within a collaborative, diverse team environment in Delhi.
