Job Summary

Join our innovative customer's team as a Generalist - AI Trainer and play a vital role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence. You will contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI systems through high-quality data annotation, cross-functional collaboration, and effective feedback delivery, all while leveraging your strong English communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Annotate diverse data types with accuracy and consistency to support AI development initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and data requirements.
  3. Provide constructive, actionable feedback to improve annotation guidelines and processes.
  4. Engage in regular written and verbal communication with team members to align on project milestones and expectations.
  5. Participate in quality assurance checks to validate data annotation outcomes and uphold standards.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and share insights with colleagues and leadership.
  7. Document key learnings and best practices to contribute to team knowledge sharing.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in data annotation, labeling, or related data quality roles.
  2. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  3. Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
  4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
  5. Proactive team player who thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments.
  6. Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and workflows as the project evolves.
  7. Passion for continuous improvement and contributing to the team's collective success.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working with AI or machine learning datasets.
  2. Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Jira, Trello).
  3. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
