Job Title: Bilingual AI Trainer - Spanish

Job Type: Contractor (Full-time or Minimum 15 Hours/Week, End Date Based on Project Progress)

Join our customer’s team as a Bilingual AI Trainer - Spanish and play a crucial role in shaping next-generation AI technologies. You will leverage your expertise in both Spanish and English to enhance AI language models through data annotation, evaluation, and linguistic analysis. This flexible position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to make a genuine impact in a dynamic, international project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality linguistic and content annotations in both Spanish and English

• Evaluate and analyze AI-generated text for accuracy, relevance, and cultural appropriateness

• Collaborate with other trainers, engineers, and project managers to improve AI outputs

• Identify linguistic patterns, edge cases, and opportunities to enhance natural language understanding

• Deliver constructive feedback in clear, concise written and verbal formats

• Maintain detailed records of work and adhere to established guidelines

• Adapt to evolving project needs and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in both Spanish and English

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages

• Acute attention to linguistic detail and cultural nuances

• Prior experience with data annotation, linguistics, content moderation, or related AI training tasks

• Highly organized, reliable, and dedicated to delivering excellent results

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting

• Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to full-time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Computer Science, or related field

• Previous experience collaborating on AI, NLP, or language technology projects

• Familiarity with annotation tools and agile project environments
