Job Summary:
Join our team as a GTM Engineer and play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing and sales operations. In this part-time, fully remote position, you’ll leverage your expertise in Clay and Hubspot CRM to build seamless automation, improve data hygiene, and empower our outbound marketing and sales development efforts. We highly value impeccable written and verbal communication as you collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize sophisticated marketing automation workflows using Clay.
- Integrate and maintain Hubspot CRM processes to ensure high-quality data and efficient lead management.
- Partner closely with sales and SDR teams to develop outbound strategies that drive pipeline generation.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve data hygiene initiatives to ensure accuracy and consistency across marketing and sales systems.
- Develop documentation and training resources to support marketing team adoption of new automations and processes.
- Communicate technical concepts and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, integrations, and data quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing and managing workflows with Clay.
- Strong proficiency in Hubspot CRM, including automation and integrations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
- Experience supporting marketing and sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and process improvement.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and adept at remote teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience at a SaaS or high-growth company.
- Familiarity with additional sales and marketing automation platforms.
- Background in supporting SDR or outbound sales processes.
