Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Production Supervisor – AI Trainer to join our customer’s team. Key Responsibilities

• Share subject matter expertise as an AI trainer, offering insight into real-life production floor supervision.
• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated content related to manufacturing operations, ensuring it reflects real-world best practices.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to refine AI interactions focused on industrial workflows, shift supervision, and team coordination.
• Provide feedback on training content covering safety protocols, operational efficiency, and team communication in production settings.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of production trends, machine operation standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing calibration and training sessions to improve AI model performance in the context of manufacturing and operations.
• Communicate in a clear, structured, and professional manner—both written and verbal—with a strong emphasis on accuracy and clarity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Plant Supervisor, or similar leadership role in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Solid understanding of production processes, equipment operation, workforce management, and safety compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to critique and refine operational dialogues, safety instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Comfortable working remotely on a flexible, part-time schedule.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work across diverse functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a subject matter expert (SME) in AI training, language model evaluation, or digital workflow tools.
• Background in writing or contributing to training manuals, SOPs, or technical content in a production environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or quality control systems.
• Demonstrated success in adapting production strategies or workforce management in response to technology adoption or automation.
