In this unique role, you will help shape the future of AI-driven mental health solutions by developing rubrics and training datasets that guide model behavior in supporting children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine comprehensive psychological assessment rubrics tailored for AI training purposes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure child and adolescent mental health perspectives are accurately represented in AI models.
- Analyze and validate AI-generated content for clinical accuracy, developmental appropriateness, and ethical guidelines.
- Document best practices and provide expert feedback to improve AI model performance and reliability.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials that enhance the sensitivity and responsiveness of AI systems to youth-specific mental health needs.
- Engage in ongoing quality assurance reviews to uphold the highest standards in psychological data annotation.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Psychology, with specialization or significant experience in child/adolescent populations.
- Demonstrated clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and their families.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and clarity.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, especially in evaluating psychological materials and interventions.
- Familiarity with digital tools and an openness to emerging technologies within mental health care.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
- Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous learning.
