Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Child/Adolescent Psychologist - AI Trainer, leveraging your expertise to bridge psychology and advanced artificial intelligence. In this unique role, you will help shape the future of AI-driven mental health solutions by developing rubrics and training datasets that guide model behavior in supporting children and adolescents.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and refine comprehensive psychological assessment rubrics tailored for AI training purposes.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure child and adolescent mental health perspectives are accurately represented in AI models.
  3. Analyze and validate AI-generated content for clinical accuracy, developmental appropriateness, and ethical guidelines.
  4. Document best practices and provide expert feedback to improve AI model performance and reliability.
  5. Contribute to the creation of training materials that enhance the sensitivity and responsiveness of AI systems to youth-specific mental health needs.
  6. Engage in ongoing quality assurance reviews to uphold the highest standards in psychological data annotation.
  7. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Master’s or PhD in Psychology, with specialization or significant experience in child/adolescent populations.
  2. Demonstrated clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and their families.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and clarity.
  4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, especially in evaluating psychological materials and interventions.
  5. Familiarity with digital tools and an openness to emerging technologies within mental health care.
  6. Ability to work independently in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
  7. Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous learning.
