Job Title: Technical Consultant – Procurement (Source-to-Pay)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid – Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines
Key Responsibilities:
- Design integration blueprints as a solution architect for seamless communication between ERP systems and procurement platforms, focusing on punch-out catalogs, invoicing, and end-to-end S2P processes.
- Lead and execute API enablement initiatives to ensure robust, scalable data exchange between enterprise systems and cloud procurement tools such as Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, GEP, and Jaggaer.
- Develop, implement, and oversee the build and deployment of integration solutions, working closely with both technical and functional teams for successful project delivery.
- Facilitate and lead integration design workshops, conducting data mapping, system architecture reviews, and documentation creation.
- Engage in recruitment processes and mentor team members, fostering growth and building competencies within our team.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and procurement best practices, proactively contributing to innovative client solutions.
- Drive internal capability-building through knowledge-sharing, documentation of best practices, and facilitating training sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in API enablement and CSV file management within Source-to-Pay ecosystems.
- Minimum 3+ years of strong SQL experience (MySQL or similar), including hands-on data manipulation and query optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement integrations between major ERP systems and procurement solutions.
- At least 3+ years’ experience in integration development and project implementation focused on procurement technologies.
- Hands-on leadership in integration workshops, system architecture analysis, and technical documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Completed any 4-year course from a recognized institution.
Additional Info: This is a hybrid role (3x onsite per week) based in Makati, open to both local and expat candidates residing in the Philippines. The work schedule follows a morning shift, supporting optimal work-life balance and fostering collaborative team dynamics.
