Join our customer's team as a Digital Design - AI Trainer, where you'll leverage your creative expertise to shape the next generation of AI-powered design tools. In this full-time remote role, you’ll play a pivotal part in developing rubrics, guiding AI learning, and enhancing model performance in digital design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive training rubrics to evaluate AI-generated digital designs.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define annotation criteria and label training data accurately.
- Assess and improve AI model outputs relating to visual design, user interaction, and layout coherence.
- Provide detailed feedback to help refine AI learning processes and model capabilities.
- Develop and document best practices for digital design evaluation within the AI training pipeline.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure alignment with current digital design standards and aesthetics.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of AI-based digital design workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency in visual design and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
- Expertise in responsive and interactive design principles.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience creating rubrics, guidelines, or evaluative frameworks for design work.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
