Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations, demonstrating in-depth knowledge across Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management modules.
2. Facilitate client workshops for requirements gathering and solution design, translating complex business needs into effective Oracle EPM configurations.
3. Develop comprehensive functional design documents and configuration specifications, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
4. Configure, test, and deploy Oracle EPM solutions, providing hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Deliver post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing systems for peak performance.
6. Provide engaging user training and craft clear, insightful training materials to empower stakeholders.
7. Collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate Oracle EPM with other enterprise systems and ensure seamless data flows.
8. Assist with metadata extraction, conversion, and documentation to support data migration and system integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
2. 5-7 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions.
3. Proven track record in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.
4. Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and performance management frameworks.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail.
6. Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
7. Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM implementations and migrations.
2. Professional certifications in Oracle EPM or related Oracle technologies.
3. Background in developing user documentation and delivering client training sessions.
