Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Salesforce nCino Developer to join our team and play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions for our financial services clients. In this position, you will drive the design, development, and enhancement of Salesforce-based applications, leveraging your expertise in nCino and the banking domain. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integrations, system security, and optimal user experience within a dynamic agile environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable applications on the Salesforce platform with a focus on nCino solutions for the banking and financial services sector.
  • Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows to meet unique business requirements.
  • Manage complex API integrations using REST and SOAP to connect with internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams during Agile/Scrum sprints to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), proactively resolve defects, and process enhancement requests for continuous system improvement.
  • Design and maintain scalable, secure data models while ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Document technical solutions, process flows, and best practices to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer within our team.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on nCino configuration and customization.
  • Strong proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and data model design.
  • Demonstrated expertise in API integration using REST and SOAP within financial services or banking domains.
  • Experience in UAT support, defect resolution, and handling enhancement requests in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer and Salesforce Admin certifications (required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to security compliance and documentation.
  • Proven background in supporting banking or financial services products on the Salesforce platform.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with large-scale nCino implementations in a banking environment.
  • Advanced certifications in Salesforce or nCino platform.
  • Familiarity with security and regulatory compliance in financial technology applications.
