Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Curators to join our customer's team, contributing domain expertise in museum and collection management. In this pivotal role, you will help shape the next generation of AI systems by simulating real-world scenarios, from artifact documentation to exhibition planning and cultural interpretation.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth research on historical, artistic, and cultural topics to inform AI training models.
  2. Create, review, and refine content related to artifact documentation, cataloging, and exhibition planning.
  3. Analyze and interpret historical materials to ensure accurate and engaging collection narratives.
  4. Simulate museum collection management workflows, from acquisition to display and archival practices.
  5. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate curatorial insights into actionable AI training tasks.
  6. Maintain thorough records and metadata for simulated collections, ensuring precise documentation standards.
  7. Advocate for best practices in preservation, cultural representation, and artifact handling within AI scenarios.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated expertise in research, content writing, and historical analysis.
  2. Strong cultural knowledge and the ability to contextualize artifacts and collections.
  3. Keen attention to detail for cataloging, documentation, and archival management.
  4. Hands-on experience with artifact handling and exhibition planning processes.
  5. Proven project coordination abilities and organizational skills.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication, with clarity and precision.
  7. Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree in Museum Studies, History, Art History, or related field.
  2. Prior experience training or collaborating with AI, digital tools, or tech-enabled collection management platforms.
  3. Experience simulating or designing museum or cultural heritage scenarios for educational or technological applications.
