Job Summary:

Join our team as a Technical Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights and automated solutions. This dynamic position focuses on advanced data analysis, report development, and process automation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and your expertise in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and programming languages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and automate interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to drive business decision-making.
2. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and integration utilizing SQL, Regex, and NLP techniques to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
3. Automate manual and repetitive data processes through scripting and programming in Python, R, or Java.
4. Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
5. Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, ITOM, and ITAM.
6. Apply ITIL/ITSM frameworks to optimize service delivery and operational processes.
7. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders through written reports and verbal presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and proficiency in complex SQL queries.
2. Expertise in Power BI or Tableau, including data modeling and DAX.
3. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java for data analysis and automation.
4. Experience with data cleanup, transformation, and integration using SQL and scripting tools.
5. Familiarity with ServiceNow modules and ITSM best practices.
6. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
7. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience working within ITIL/ITSM environments.
2. Knowledge of NLP, Regex, or advanced data processing techniques.
3. Relevant technical certifications in analytics, ServiceNow, or ITSM frameworks.
