Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate remote food preparation and serving staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
- Coordinate daily operations, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality control guidelines.
- Resolve customer issues, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and care.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and management through clear written and verbal updates.
- Oversee inventory control, equipment maintenance, and remote supply chain logistics.
- Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a First-Line Supervisor in food preparation and serving roles (this is the #1 criterion).
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams within the food service industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with an emphasis on remote collaboration.
- Demonstrated supervisory and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in digital communication platforms and remote team management tools.
- Thorough understanding of food safety and quality service standards.
