Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, arrange, and prepare documents, materials, and data for entry into digital systems.
- Conduct targeted research to collect missing documents or information, ensuring all required data is present for accurate processing.
- Convert physical paperwork or voice recordings into clear, structured digital files using established protocols.
- Verify accuracy and consistency of all data, promptly reporting discrepancies or errors to supervisors for resolution.
- Create regular digital backups and maintain well-organized digital databases and archives.
- Monitor and review databases for errors or inconsistencies, proactively correcting as needed to uphold data quality.
- Generate and export spreadsheets, reports, and data documents to support various operational needs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, tracking office supplies, scanning, and printing to ensure smooth office workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple documents and databases simultaneously in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and consistency in data management.
- Proficiency with digital recordkeeping, database management, and spreadsheet applications (such as Excel or Google Sheets).
- Ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors in data independently.
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and technology-driven workflows.
- Proactive approach to administrative and support tasks, ensuring efficient team operations.
