Join our customer’s team as an AI Trainer – SEO Specialist (LInE) and help shape the next generation of AI-driven search engine optimization. In this dynamic, fully remote role, you will leverage your SEO expertise and content strategy skills to train and fine-tune machine learning models for superior online visibility and performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Curate, preprocess, and annotate high-quality datasets tailored for SEO and AI applications.

• Train and fine-tune cutting-edge machine learning models to optimize search engine performance.

• Provide detailed, iterative feedback on AI model outputs to improve accuracy, relevance, and adaptability.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and content strategists to achieve ambitious training objectives.

• Monitor and assess AI model performance, implementing enhancements based on analytical insights and user feedback.

• Uphold best practices in data security, ethical AI, and privacy throughout the training process.

• Stay updated on industry trends, SEO algorithm changes, and AI advancements to keep models at the forefront.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in SEO strategy, keyword research, and content optimization.

• Hands-on experience with AI training, data annotation, or machine learning model fine-tuning.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey technical feedback clearly and constructively.

• Familiarity with the latest SEO tools, AI platforms, and digital analytics solutions.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to data quality and ethical standards.

• Experience working remotely and collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in natural language processing (NLP) or generative AI technologies.

• Advanced proficiency with annotation tools and large-scale dataset management.

• Previous experience in agile teams focused on rapid iteration and innovation.
