Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist
Job Type: On-site
Location: Metro Manila, Philippines (Hemady, Quezon City; Bicutan; Cainta; Gapan; Lipa; Pulilan; Tarlac; San Pablo; Sto. Tomas)
Job Summary:
Join our team as an Ultrasound Technologist and play a pivotal role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our growing network of clinics. You will utilize advanced ultrasound technology to assist physicians in the accurate diagnosis and care of our patients, all while maintaining the highest standards of compassion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate ultrasound equipment and perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining processes, taking medical histories, and answering questions to ensure comfort and safety.
- Ensure accurate capture of anatomical images and identify pathologies as per physician protocols and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with medical teams and physicians to provide timely and reliable imaging services.
- Maintain and sterilize ultrasound equipment, ensuring a safe and sanitary clinical environment.
- Document findings and complete detailed written reports in compliance with medical and ethical standards.
- Adhere to clinic schedules, including early morning opening and late evening closing, and participate in shifting hours between 6am-10pm as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist in a clinical/hospital setting.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
- Proven commitment to patient care, confidentiality, and safety protocols.
- Strong technical proficiency with diagnostic ultrasound equipment and imaging software.
- Adaptability and willingness to work on a shifting schedule to meet clinic operational hours.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a recognized ultrasound or sonography board.
- Experience working in multiple clinical settings or multi-branch healthcare networks.
- Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on evolving imaging technologies.
