Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, apply, and refine mathematical and statistical theories to enhance AI training datasets.
• Interpret complex numerical data, identifying patterns, trends, and key insights to improve AI model outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance on data collection, organization, and summarization techniques to offer actionable information for model development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate statistical findings into robust AI features and algorithms.
• Design, validate, and implement statistical models tailored to domains such as biostatistics, business statistics, and economic statistics.
• Evaluate and adapt survey methodologies to optimize information quality for AI training.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly through compelling written and verbal reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in roles such as Database Analyst, Demographer, Education Research Analyst, Mathematical Statistician, Psychometric Consultant, Quantitative Methodologist, Statistical Analyst, Statistical Consultant, Statistical Reporting Analyst, or Statistician.
• Advanced proficiency in data interpretation and statistical modeling, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of mathematical and statistical theory as applied to large-scale datasets.
• Expertise in organizing, summarizing, and reporting on complex numerical data for actionable AI outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work remotely and autonomously within a collaborative, distributed team.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enhancing AI models using domain-specific statistical expertise (e.g., biostatistics, economic statistics).
• Background in designing and analyzing surveys for advanced data-driven applications.
• Prior involvement in AI or machine learning projects, particularly as a statistical consultant or methodologist.
