Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Kitchen Supervisor and elevate operational excellence in a dynamic, remote culinary environment. You will oversee the execution of menu items, manage digital kitchen systems, and ensure uncompromised food quality and safety. Take charge of virtual kitchen management while collaborating seamlessly across teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute menu preparation with precision, following established culinary standards and recipes.
  2. Manage order timing and workflow using Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) and POS platforms, ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy.
  3. Monitor food temperatures and safety metrics, logging data diligently in digital safety applications to exceed regulatory requirements.
  4. Oversee digital inventory logs, place vendor orders through web portals, and maintain optimal stock levels.
  5. Lead line cooks, foster teamwork, and uphold high communication standards in both written and verbal formats.
  6. Control food costs through strategic purchasing, portioning, and waste management practices.
  7. Provide calm, solution-oriented leadership during high-volume service periods while maintaining a safe and clean virtual kitchen environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Valid Food Handler’s Certification.
  2. Proficiency with KDS/POS systems and digital inventory management.
  3. Demonstrated culinary expertise and experience in a high-volume kitchen role.
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
  5. Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills, adept at performing under pressure.
  6. Excellent situational awareness and sound judgment in fast-paced kitchen scenarios.
  7. Proven reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to delivering consistent results.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience as a Kitchen Manager or Line Cook in a remote or virtual kitchen environment.
  2. Familiarity with digital safety and compliance tools.
  3. Background in managing vendor relations and online procurement platforms.
