Job Summary:


Join our customer's team as an Insurance Specialist, contributing your deep industry knowledge to help train and enhance AI models in a cutting-edge AI Agent Project. Leverage your expertise in risk assessment, underwriting, and compliance to shape the future of digital insurance solutions—all from a remote, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Train, review, and refine AI models by providing expert insights into risk assessment and underwriting processes.
  2. Analyze insurance documents, policies, and client scenarios to ensure accuracy and industry alignment within AI-generated responses.
  3. Advise on regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date compliance standards for AI training datasets.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify knowledge gaps and enhance AI understanding of insurance workflows.
  5. Develop clear, detailed written and verbal feedback to facilitate knowledge transfer between subject matter experts and technical teams.
  6. Assess evolving insurance trends to ensure AI models reflect current best practices and industry shifts.
  7. Contribute to the creation of educational materials and advisory content for ongoing model improvement.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Expertise in risk assessment, underwriting, and insurance policy analysis.
  2. Strong command of regulatory guidelines and compliance frameworks across various insurance sectors.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to articulate complex concepts precisely.
  4. Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail in evaluating insurance documents and client needs.
  5. Client advisory experience, enabling you to translate real-world challenges into actionable AI training data.
  6. Proficient in cross-functional collaboration within digital or AI-driven projects.
  7. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage tasks autonomously in a remote environment.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience in AI model development, data labeling, or insurance technology projects.
  2. Advanced certifications in insurance or risk management.
  3. Proven track record of process improvement and digital transformation in insurance operations.
