Key Responsibilities:

- Develop gold-standard reference models and rigorous evaluation rubrics to objectively assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy and integrity.

- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers, providing clear, concise written explanations of assumptions, methodologies, and modeling rationale.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in independently constructing advanced financial models from scratch without reliance on templates.
- Mastery of integrated 3-statement modeling, DCFs, LBOs, and transaction-specific models.
- Demonstrated ability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis, with a keen eye for transaction risk and return.
- Exceptional transaction judgment and meticulous attention to institutional-quality detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine passion for thorough documentation and clear explanation.
- Self-driven and highly organized, thriving in a remote, high-performance environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience across both sell-side (investment banking) and buy-side (private equity, growth equity, or growth VC) domains.
- Background in developing or evaluating technical content, assessments, or training materials, particularly for complex or non-standard transactions (e.g., carve-outs, spin-offs, minority investments).
