Job Summary:

Join our team as a Technical Project Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering complex IT infrastructure and information security projects. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee full project lifecycles, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, with a focus on infrastructure and infosec domains.
  2. Define detailed project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in close coordination with engineers, security specialists, and business stakeholders.
  3. Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources, proactively adapting to deviations and ensuring timely delivery.
  4. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, formulating contingency strategies to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  5. Act as the primary communication hub for project stakeholders, providing clear, concise, and regular written status updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams—including network engineers, system admins, security analysts, and vendors—to drive collaboration and goal attainment.
  7. Manage third-party vendors, contractual agreements, and service level expectations for security and infrastructure services.
  8. Ensure high-quality project outcomes through rigorous documentation, quality assurance, and post-project analysis for continual process improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 5-8 years’ experience in technical project management with a focus on IT infrastructure (networking, cloud, data centers) and information security projects.
  2. In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms) and cybersecurity concepts (firewalls, access management, threat detection).
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
  4. Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent highly preferred.
  5. Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.).
  6. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with a strong emphasis on written communication.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  2. Proven ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and senior management.
  3. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an async, written-first communication culture.
