Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Finance Expert - Longlist and play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and analytical processes. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, analyze, and interpret complex financial statements, reports, and data for executive decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and longlist qualified financial candidates for various projects.
  3. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize resource allocation and drive business performance.
  4. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial datasets, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and establish financial best practices within the team.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations through clear, concise reports and presentations.
  7. Continuously seek process improvements and innovations in financial analysis and reporting.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategy development.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and impact.
  4. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; adept at interpreting complex data.
  5. Proficiency with financial software, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools.
  6. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with diverse teams.
  7. Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.



Preferred Qualifications

  1. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc Finance) or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA).
  2. Experience supporting or leading remote teams in a global or multicultural context.
  3. Familiarity with financial automation tools and emerging fintech solutions.
