Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve product strategy aligned with our HR solutions roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and collaborate on UI/UX decisions.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact and feasibility.
• Monitor KPIs and product performance, iterating based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
• Communicate product plans and updates effectively to stakeholders with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in technology-driven environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Figma for design collaboration and prototyping.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate ideas clearly and influence diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proficiency in agile product development methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience in the HR industry or with HR technology products.
• Background in user experience or user research.
• Familiarity with remote team collaboration best practices.
