Job Summary:
Join our team as an ERP Project Manager and play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end implementation and optimization of ERP systems. In this position, you will steer cross-functional teams and ensure smooth project execution within a fast-paced, asynchronous work environment that values written communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of ERP projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively solving issues to ensure successful outcomes.
- Foster a culture of transparency through clear written documentation, status reporting, and project updates.
- Oversee data migration, user training, and change management to drive system adoption.
- Continuously monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet evolving business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record managing full-cycle ERP implementations (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
- Superior written communication skills; able to synthesize and convey complex information clearly.
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in project planning tools.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in leading cross-functional, multicultural teams and vendor coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, documentation-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Experience in large-scale ERP projects in the GCC region.
- Familiarity with business process reengineering and change management best practices.
