Join our customer's team as a Front Desk Receptionist - AI trainer, where you'll combine the vital role of front-line communication with cutting-edge AI training. This multifaceted position not only ensures a welcoming and efficient virtual front desk experience but also leverages your subject matter expertise to elevate the capabilities of AI systems involved in customer interaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by responding to inquiries from the general public, customers, and visitors.
  • Provide detailed information regarding the organization's activities, departments, office locations, and personnel.
  • Accurately log guest and customer interactions, maintaining high standards for data entry and record keeping.
  • Train and support AI systems by sharing expertise on effective communication, frequently asked questions, and customer service scenarios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI-driven processes and refine training data.
  • Assist with scheduling, registration, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the performance of both human and AI-driven front desk operations to suggest enhancements.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrating empathy and clarity at every touchpoint.
  • Experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or related customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools and ability to adapt to new technology platforms quickly.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing inquiries and challenges.
  • Familiarity or interest in AI technology, with a willingness to act as a subject matter expert for training purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, maintaining professionalism and reliability.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in training or onboarding new technologies, particularly within customer service or front desk environments.
  • Background in medical, member services, or information assistant roles is a plus.
  • Prior involvement in process improvement projects related to digital or AI-driven customer service.
