Job Summary:

Join our team as an AI Full Stack Engineer and help shape the future of CentSight—a groundbreaking intelligent layer for financial systems. You’ll work directly with the founding team to architect, build, and optimize production systems that turn fragmented financial data into board-ready insights with a single query. This is an opportunity to collaborate at the intersection of AI, data engineering, and fintech innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust end-to-end application logic across frontend, backend, and data pipelines.
2. Integrate with major financial APIs such as QuickBooks, Gusto, Ramp, Stripe, and HubSpot, ensuring secure and reliable data flows.
3. Develop AI-driven data transformation, enrichment, and summarization workflows using LLMs, LangChain, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
4. Implement scalable API layers for real-time financial modeling and natural language querying capabilities.
5. Power autonomous data ingestion and reconciliation pipelines for continuous data accuracy.
6. Collaborate with product and design leads to craft dynamic dashboards and workflow automations empowering CFO-level insights.
7. Contribute to key technical decisions on architecture, infrastructure, security, and deployment approaches.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of experience in full-stack or backend engineering, ideally in finance or data-centric environments.
2. Advanced proficiency with TypeScript, Python, Node.js, and React (Next.js or similar frameworks).
3. Deep experience integrating third-party APIs and managing OAuth credentials securely.
4. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), vector databases, and retrieval architectures.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and proactive collaboration.
6. Comfortable thriving in a rapid-paced, low-bureaucracy environment, working autonomously with the founding team.
7. Understanding of financial systems or B2B SaaS data models is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, Pinecone, PostgreSQL, or Supabase.
2. Background in FinTech, FP&A tools, accounting automation, or financial data workflows.
3. Experience deploying applications on Vercel, AWS, or GCP.
