Job Summary

Join our team as a SAP FI/CO Consultant and play a pivotal role in driving enterprise transformation programs with SAP S/4HANA Finance. You will support end-to-end implementations, leveraging your deep expertise in SAP FICO modules and modern SAP methodologies to deliver scalable and innovative finance solutions. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and support the SAP FICO workstream within S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
2. Configure SAP FICO modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting based on business requirements.
3. Facilitate requirements gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and prepare detailed functional specifications.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.
5. Participate in test cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Work closely with technical teams to support WRICEF development and testing activities.
7. Champion the adoption of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach; provide post-go-live functional support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. 4–7 years of SAP experience with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation.
2. Proven expertise in SAP FICO configuration and business process mapping.
3. Comprehensive understanding of Universal Journal, Financial Closing, and Reporting in S/4HANA.
4. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery models.
5. Experience with cross-module integration (MM, SD, PP) within SAP environments.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and quality.
7. Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to collaborative teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

1. SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification (required); SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level) is a plus.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related disciplines (B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.).
3. Familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is advantageous.
