Job Summary: As a Infrastructure Engineer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure to ensure robust system performance and reliability.
- Support network operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement new systems and enhancements, aligning with modern best practices in infrastructure management.
- Collaborate closely with the customer's team to coordinate deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain clear and comprehensive records.
- Support the integration of virtualization technologies into existing environments.
- Proactively monitor system health and recommend improvements for efficiency and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in network administration and infrastructure management.
- Strong experience with virtualization technologies and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Proficiency with written and verbal communication in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Solid understanding of system security best practices and strategies.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance optimization.
- Ability to document technical processes clearly and thoroughly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with VMware solutions.
- Previous work supporting distributed teams or remote environments.
- Background in supporting teams for innovative and growing organizations.
