Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a remote team of non-retail sales professionals focused on AI-powered sales initiatives.
  • Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and implement strategies to achieve objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective AI training programs for sales staff.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability to emerging AI technologies and market trends.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to enhance both individual and team communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Prepare, analyze, and present sales and training reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices in all sales operations.
