Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and generate internal documents that accurately emulate real-world public sector communications and workflows.
- Create and refine effective prompts to train AI models in a public services context.
- Design rubrics and evaluation criteria to ensure the quality of AI output meets sector-specific standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture the nuances of public sector processes and language.
- Document training methodologies and maintain comprehensive records for ongoing projects.
- Contribute insights to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of AI tools for public service applications.
- Ensure all content aligns with public sector regulations, confidentiality, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working within the public sector (state, local, education, or federal government agencies).
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and authenticity in all deliverables.
- Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and well-structured documentation.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (Native/C2 proficiency required).
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capacity to synthesize complex information into user-friendly documentation and prompts.
- Deep familiarity with the unique challenges and standards of public sector environments.
Preferred Qualifications (not required, but nice-to-have):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience contributing to AI, data, or technology-driven projects in the public sector
- Prior involvement in prompt engineering or rubric development for AI training purposes.
