Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and generate internal documents that accurately emulate real-world public sector communications and workflows.
2. Create and refine effective prompts to train AI models in a public services context.
3. Design rubrics and evaluation criteria to ensure the quality of AI output meets sector-specific standards.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture the nuances of public sector processes and language.
5. Document training methodologies and maintain comprehensive records for ongoing projects.
6. Contribute insights to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of AI tools for public service applications.
7. Ensure all content aligns with public sector regulations, confidentiality, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated experience working within the public sector (state, local, education, or federal government agencies).
2. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and authenticity in all deliverables.
3. Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and well-structured documentation.
4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (Native/C2 proficiency required).
5. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Capacity to synthesize complex information into user-friendly documentation and prompts.
7. Deep familiarity with the unique challenges and standards of public sector environments.

Preferred Qualifications (not required, but nice-to-have):

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Experience contributing to AI, data, or technology-driven projects in the public sector
3. Prior involvement in prompt engineering or rubric development for AI training purposes.
