Job Title: Legal Expert

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, analyze, and redline commercial contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and business objectives.
• Provide expert input on matters relating to employment law, structured finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Evaluate and advise on SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.
• Interpret complex regulatory requirements and shape guidelines for compliance within evolving legal landscapes.
• Assess data privacy policies and practices in accordance with international standards and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to clarify legal concepts and deliver clear, actionable written feedback.
• Contribute high-quality insights that enhance the effectiveness of AI models in understanding legal documents and scenarios.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Active Bar membership and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a demonstrable track record in commercial contracts, employment law, and structured finance.
• Deep knowledge of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in contract redlining and negotiation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Hands-on experience reviewing and advising on SaaS MSAs and data privacy matters.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating sound legal judgment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with or advising technology-driven organizations.
• Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
• Previous involvement in AI, legal technology, or knowledge transfer initiatives.
