Key Responsibilities:

  3. Collaborate with AI development teams, providing feedback to optimize model performance and accuracy.
  4. Simulate client interactions, including product pitches and negotiations, to develop AI’s communication skills.
  5. Analyze market trends and real-time data to provide insights for AI model calibration.
  6. Document best practices, workflows, and detailed process feedback in both written and verbal formats.
  7. Champion the integration of automation and AI to streamline financial sales activities and boost productivity.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a sales agent in securities, commodities, or financial services in the US.
  2. Proven track record of revenue generation and successful deal closures in the financial sector.
  3. Extensive knowledge of financial products, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
  5. Strong relationship management skills and a passion for building client trust.
  6. Advanced persuasion and negotiation skills, demonstrating resilience in challenging sales cycles.
  7. Comfort with AI, automation, and digital tools to support business growth and transformation.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience training, mentoring, or coaching peers in financial sales environments.
  2. Background in leveraging technology to improve sales workflows or customer experience.
