Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze clients’ financial information to craft effective tax strategies and ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
  2. Prepare, review, and submit accurate tax returns for individuals, families, and small businesses.
  3. Provide ongoing tax planning advice, addressing both short‑term and long‑term client financial goals.
  4. Interpret complex tax legislation and communicate implications clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  5. Collaborate with other financial professionals to deliver holistic financial advice and coordinate across disciplines.
  6. Proactively identify tax-saving opportunities and educate clients about potential risks and benefits.
  7. Stay up-to-date with evolving tax codes, financial legislation, and industry best practices.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
  2. Proven experience as a Personal Financial Advisor, Tax Advisor, or similar role in financial services.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
  4. Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local tax codes and financial regulations.
  5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple client relationships efficiently.
  7. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in financial and tax preparation software.



Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience advising high-net-worth individuals or family offices.
  2. Advanced expertise in estate planning, trust administration, or international tax.
  3. Previous experience working in a client-focused, remote advisory role.
